It is one of the oldest brands in the industry after its founder Mr. Sun incorporated the company in 1986 following their development of the oil seals. Today, KDIK provide quality products and services to customers around the globe. KDIK products are designed and built using high-grade materials and under precision tolerances, ensuring strong, consistent performance even in demanding operating environments. It is this dedication to excellence that has made the KDIK brand the preferred choice for fleet owners to OE parts manufacturers worldwide. The crankshaft oil seal is an oil seal installed at both ends of the engine crankshaft (the front end and the rear end). It is responsible for sealing the crankcase to prevent oil from leaking, and also blocking external dust and contaminants from entering. Preventing oil leakage: Oil is the "blood" of the engine. Leakage will cause a drop in oil pressure, resulting in insufficient lubrication and leading to severe engine wear (such as warping or cylinder wall damage). Maintain oil pressure: Ensure that the lubrication system can establish sufficient pressure to deliver engine oil to all the components that require lubrication (such as camshafts, valve mechanisms, pistons, etc.). Protecting the engine: Preventing external water, dust, sand particles and other contaminants from entering the crankcase, which could contaminate the engine oil and accelerate the wear of internal components. Preventing pollution: Leaking engine oil can contaminate the engine compartment. Dropping it onto the hot exhaust pipes may pose a fire risk and is also environmentally unfriendly. BZ4603E MITSUBISHI ME017207 Crankshaft Oil Seal HTB5L 100*124/158*13.5 Front crankshaft oil seal Location: Installed within the timing cover (or referred to as the front cover) at the front end of the engine, usually positioned behind the crankshaft pulley or shock absorber. Environment: Exposed to the engine compartment environment, it may be affected by water, dust, and chemicals (such as antifreeze) thrown out by the belt. The temperature is slightly lower than that at the rear end, but the rotational speed is synchronized with the crankshaft. Back crankshaft oil seal Location: Installed before the flywheel or flexible disc at the rear
